I'm really after a deeply sampled piano that can bring out a performance, if it is under sampled, my performer won't like it.
The project I need an upright vst for requires a piano with some character, SoundIrons Drunk Piano or any number of cinematic felt pianos is not going to have the versatility we will need. Very frustrating because I don't think there is anything quite like it, although the Ivory Keys II upright could be the next best, the outlayer in the suggestions above I like as well is the combination approach of the Ships Keys & Spitfire soft felt.

Another vote for the Einstruments Sessionkeys Upright, this strikes me as probably the best out there unless anyone can point to anything competitive, plus its both a U3 for pop stuff and a road worn piano for vibes.Īctually the story for me is, that although we have bought this for a project, we cannot yet download it, its a large 18gig file and seems to be sensitive to long download time, it performs a combine procedure at the end of the download that I am yet to manage without it telling me the files are corrupted.
